GHOSTFACE ON IRONMAN MOVIE
"I jumped in there for maybe 12 or 16 bars, nothing too major," Ghost downplayed before describing his scene with the film's star. "It was a good look for the kid because Robert Downey Jr. recognized me as soon as I seen him. He was like, 'Yo, Tony!' ... For him to recognize me, I was kinda surprised by that. I didn't know he even knew about the kid. ... We called each other Tony onscreen. I'm like, 'Tony Stark, I got your jet, I didn't mess it up.' He was like, 'I got the Bentley for you, I laced it up.' I had two girls with me, I was like, 'That's you [pointing toward the girls].' I sent two birds at him. It was a wrap for that scene. He's a cool dude and funny. Big up to Robert Downey Jr.

BLACKLISTED/MONGOLOIDS SHOW

got there earlier then i wanted to and found out there was like 4 local bands that were playing for some reason. all of them sounded like each other and played terribly, no one really watched them and it was terribly boring. once that was finally over the show really started
colin of arabia-this bands sound was off in the beginning and they had the mics up way to high and it sounded terrible, kids were into it, i just couldn't get into it.

the mongoloids-the
set wasnt as exciting as i thought it would be , but it was pretty insane. morgado from the wrongside sung the first two songs and they were intense. then the mongoz played their set, singer voice seemed to be sorta out from their show the night before, however it was a fun set. played lots of songs, new ones off the new record and some of the oldies, fools regret, still ill, hercules, some other ones i dont remember.
cold world-last time i saw them it was a great time, and kids are starting to jock them way less now. before their set i was thinking that they really werent that great, and they were kinda cheesy. then they played and fucking blew my mind, such a fun set. played tons of songs off ice grillz and some off the new record which i havent heard yet. completely killed it, solid mosh.
blacklisted-wow, fucking blew me away so hard. fuck. played i think almost all the songs off of
peace on earth, war on stage, a bunch from were unstoppable and a few tracks off of and the beat goes on. such a ridiculous set. they also played two new ones that have gotten me so excited for this new record. i seriously blacked out during cannonized and lost it so hard. probably the most significant band in hardcore, continously solid records, great live shows. fuck.i didnt take these pictures, photo credits on the bottom. here are also some videos.

NEW boris record coming out boris/merzbow collabooo bro
Japanese power trio Boris return with another limited offering. With only 5000 units pressed, ‘Rock Dream’ is a brilliant two disc set of a live collaboration between Boris and the legendary Japanese master of abrasion, Merzbow. Capturing a performance at “Earthdom” in Tokyo on November 18, 2006, this stellar soundboard recording proves that these artists are no stranger to collaboration and their symmetrical chemistry burns a brightly shining path. What makes this formation particularly interesting is that both Boris and Merzbow seem to leave behind the expected to fully embrace the unknown. The usually harsh, corrosive grate of Merzbow isn’t as apparent with Boris involved, while the inspired charge of the Boris rock machine seems to reach new heights with Merzbows’ intuitive textures added. As Merzbow doesn’t totally dominate this recording, he seems to fit flawlessly in with the group, beautifully adding noise, synth and effects, while dubbing it up. Playing is dense, but everything is well present in the mix and there is a bottom end to speak of. Standout tracks include the collaborations’ epic take on “Feedback”, “Black Out” and “Just Abandoned Myself”. For Boris collectors and completists, there is a previously unreleased track (”Evil Stack”, a brief noise piece evolving from the end of “Black Out”), as well as a PYG cover (”Flower Sun Rain”). Taken as a whole, ‘Rock Dream’ it is an exhausting listen, but one that is sure to leave listeners floored.
